Appointments

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Payments

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.

  • We accept cash and card payments.

Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can offer a touch-up or correction.

Health & Safety

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or infections before your treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if any health risk is identified.

Personal Belongings

  • Crystal Nails is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit.
